All sunglasses and eyeglass frames may be exchanged within 30 days of their shipping date. This is a one-time exchange only service.
Prescription lenses are customized items and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. If new lenses are required as part of a frame exchange, a 50% credit will be applied to their cost.
Shipping Charges will apply on all exchanges.
Non-defective items may be exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days, all items are no longer eligible for return or exchange. Non-defective item returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If the boxes in which items arrive have extensive visible damage, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service department immediately. In some instances, returns may need to be processed through the manufacturer.
Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the time they are received for returns to be processed.
All sunglasses and eyeglass frames carry the original manufacturers warranty.
Frames All frames carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for all manufacturing defects. These defects include frame colors, hinges, structural design and welding points. Defects NOT under warranty include, but are not limited to, damage caused by twisting, scratching, bending, sitting on, dropping, smashing, stepping on, or gross mishandling of frames.

Prescription Lenses All prescription lenses from BBE are treated with a scratch-resistant coating, making them less susceptible to scratches and other superficial damage. However, lenses may still become scratched. In the event lenses are so badly scratched that you would like to return them, we offer a one-time replacement for 50% off the standard cost. This service is only available within one year of the original purchase date. Shipping charges apply to replacement order.

Because prescription lenses are customized and specially ordered for each individual customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged. However, should you wish to exchange a frame with prescription lenses within 30 days of the original ship date, you will be eligible to receive a 50% discount on the new lenses. In addition, you will be credited or charged for the difference in cost between the new frames and the pair being exchanged. Shipping charges will apply to the replacement order.
All BestBuyEyeglasses.com prescription lenses are guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Prior to shipping, prescription lenses are tested to ensure stringent quality control specifications are met. In the event that inaccurate prescription lenses are shipped to you, we will replace them right away at no additional cost.
Ordering prescription lenses for your frames has never been easier. Simply send us your frames and a copy of your vision prescription and we'll mail back your new eyeglasses. Shipping and cost of lenses will apply.

Contact lenses may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All contact lens boxes or vials must be sealed in their original packaging. Opened boxes or vials are not eligible for exchange or return. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all unopened contact lenses returned for credit only.
Orders placed online or directly with a customer service agent may be cancelled within 24 hours of their purchase. Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
