  • 30 Day Lens Guarantee and Incorrect or Damaged Order

    We want you to be happy with your order! If your prescription lenses are not 100% accurate, call us within 30 days of receiving your items and we will replace the lenses free of charge. Frames cannot be exchanged under the lens guarantee.

    If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.

    Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-501-4002 within 30 days of receiving your item to start the exchange process and get your free return-shipping label.

    * Products must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received. Please do not attempt to repair eyewear before returning it to Best Buy Eyeglasses.

    ** Note: Exchanges requesting a change in prescription will incur a 50% lenses remake fee as lenses are custom made.
